Language Perfect World Championships 2018

FRENCH- The final results are in! Congratulations to our Language Perfect 2018 World Champions!

From Monday 21st May to Thursday 31st May, Year 7 and 8 French students at Sirius College competed online in the Language Perfect World Championships. During the competition, students answered over 150,000 questions combined, earning more than 52,000 points in total. A big congratulation’s to the thirty students who earned either a gold (3,000+ points), bronze (1,000+ points) or credit (500+ points) certificate.

The seven Eastmeadows Year 8 students who earned a certificate are:

As part of this competition, there was also an inter-campus challenge between the French classes at Sunshine Ibrahim Dellal, Keysborough, Meadow Fair and Eastmeadows Campuses. The class with the highest average points per student wins a $100 lunch to share. A big congratulation’s goes to the Year 7 French class at Meadow Fair Campus who won the lunch with an average of 578.3 points per student. The lunch will be held early in Term 3 at Meadow Fair Campus.
